If the payment of your transaction is failed, the reason may be as below:
1) Invalid address, do not write invalid letter like /, --, or Latin, Spain letters, only English letter.
 
2) Invalid expiration date. 

3) Transaction cannot be processed. Max number of bad attempts has been reached. 

4) Risk denied the transaction.  
 
5) Invalid Credit Card number (parameter credit_card_number).
 
6) Transaction declined by bank

7) The checksum submitted is invalid.

1.With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely online.
2.Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance.
3.Please Leave your paypal email address when place order and we will send you paypal invoice via Email in 24 hours.

Paying with Western Union:

We are also happy to accept Western Union payment for most orders. Due to the timeliness and convenience of the payment for us, we offer a 10% discount to the total of your order (shipping included).

No,they are not free.
You may have to pay a fee when the money is sent to chinatown-wholsale by Western Union.
